What is included in most treks?
- Trekking briefing and introduction.
- Mountain guide Quique Apolinario, shared group equipment, rope, and first-aid kit.
- Private transportation
- Trekking protocols and required documentation.
- Huascarán National Park entrance fees.
- IGV (Peruvian VAT).
- Lunches included.
What is not included?
- Personal trekking equipment: 20–25-liter backpack, windbreaker, fleece jacket, hat/beanie, gloves, mountain sunglasses with UV protection, trekking poles, trekking shoes or hiking boots, and SPF 50 sunscreen.
- At least 3 liters of water.
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizer, wet wipes, face masks, and a small trash bag.
